Application procedures

Registering with Staff4Families is so simple. We have a 7 step process: 

1. Fill in the application forms: childcare staff, eldercare staff or domestic staff. 
   Please provide as much detail as possible about your family and your requirements. This will help us select the most suitable candidates to send for your perusal and help the candidate have a more detailed idea about your family.
    
2. Contact us for details and a collaboration contract
   After receiving your enquiry you or we will contact you to discuss your requirements and send you the collaboration contract to be signed by you. Also, you can click here to see our collaboration contract. 
    
3. Sign collaboration contract with us and make the payment
   We look forward to long relations with all of our clients and offer rewards and incentives for families that have been with the agency and go on to refer us to others. You sign the collaboration contract and make the payment. Please click here to see our fees. 
    
4. We begin presenting eligible candidates to you
   We will send you applications of carefully selected candidates that have been vetted and reference, medical and police checks have been completed. Our team are always available to talk to you if your have any further requirements.
    
5. You make your selection and we prepare for you the interview arrangements
   Tell us by email or phone which candidate you are interested in interviewing. We will confirm a telephone or Skype interview which will be arranged at a mutually preferred time. Introduce yourself and your family to a candidate and exchange as much information as possible to ensure a successful placement.
    
6. You make the selected candidate a solid offer, via our agency
   When you have found your match, let us know straight away and we will send you the contract between you and candidates to be sign by you and the candidate. 
    
7. The candidate travel to you and begin work
   We arrange for you the travel of the candidate at a mutually confirmed date.
