1. Introduction and definitions
Staff4Families.com is an internet website that offers a service for families who want to find a suitable au pair or au pairs who are willing to find a suitable hosting family.
In addition, Staff4Families.com provides services for au pair placement agencies when registered on Staff4Families.com website.
Through Staff4Families.com on line agency host families, au pairs, and agencies are allowed to:

The personal profile for registered users is a personal page at Staff4Families.com where the user can present as a potential au pair/host family, create his/her own presentation text, define searching criteria at his/her leisure and/or specify exactly what he/she is looking for.
The internal message system allows members to contact each other. Standard messages are pre formulated and allow the users to indicate they are interested in further contacts. Personal messages are personalised messages that allow the user to communicate with other users.

2. Registration and costs
By registering with Staff4Families.com , the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of AuPair.com.
Membership/personal usage of AuPair.com services is non-transferable, the use of a personal account by a third party is prohibited. Any breach will entitle Staff4Families.com to block the user involved without notice or motivation.
The registration and the use of the basic services at Staff4Families.com is free of charge. The use of a premium membership, with its additional services, is available upon payment. The payment is a fixed amount for the entire duration of a fixed period of time. The termination is automatic when the period of validity expires without any need of communication. The premium membership is not transferrable.
Any physical person can register on Staff4Families.com as a host family/au pair with the purpose of finding a suitable au pair/host family.
Any agency for au pair placement can register on Staff4Families.com with the purpose of offering open placement.
Data requested at the moment of registration must be true, complete and correct. Staff4Families.com has the right to verify and inquire the truth of the data provided and eventually ask the user relevant proof for it. If, after the registration, any of the data provided changes, the user must update the profile immediately. Any breach will entitle Staff4Families.com to block the user involved without notice or motivation.
Registration is allowed only for people that are at least 18 years old. Exceptions shall be made if the au pair who has not yet come of age will be soon turn 18 and is starting his/her research for a host family. In this case, through registration, the au pair confirms that he/she is acting with the full consent of his/her legal representative.
If the access of a user is locked for breach of the duties and obligations of users (please refer to point 3 hereinafter) or misuse of the Staff4Families.com website services, the user will be blocked and the unused credit will be retained by Staff4Families.com and will not be refunded without any notice and/or motivation as a conventional penalty for breach of contract.
Aupair.com denies any liability for the accuracy of the data given by the users at the moment of registration or through their personal profiles or messages and has no obligation to verify the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided. Staff4Families.com reserves the right to contact any member at any time regarding any membership-related problems or questions.

3. Duties and Obligations of Users
The user is the sole responsible for all his published content and has to abide by the rules setted hereinafter.
The Staff4Families.com services are for strictly personal use only. Any transmission to third parties is banned. Personal data regarding one user (contact details and personal messages in particular) that were made visible to the other user during communication are strictly confidential and can not be published, or communicated, to any other party or anywhere else.
Each Staff4Families.com user is banned from:
- Post or transmitt in any way any defamatory, threathening, obscene, indecent, sedicious, abusive, phornographic, scandalous, offensive or illegal material or information.
- Post or transmitt in any way any material for which the user has not obtained all necessary license or approvals or which constitutes or encourages conducts that are criminal offences, give rise to civil liability, are contrary to the law or infringe third parties rights.
- Spreading viruses, logic bombs, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious softwares or harmful data
Staff4Families.com has the right but not the obligation, to modify or delete such materials.
Contact details such as phone number, email or social media profiles and links to other websites are not allowed in any field if not specifically designed for those. Contact details are all details that will allow in any way to contact an user in order to avoid the payment for premium services. Any kind of breach will allow Staff4Families.com to delete the user personal profile and request the premium member payment and/or restoration for damages.
Staff4Families.com has the right to verify/inquire/ask for documents and any other kind of evidence for the personal data provided. If the data provided results to be incorrect, not reliable, incomplete or untruthful, Staff4Families.com has the right to block the user and retain any payment previously made by the user without notice and/or motivation as a conventional penalty for breach of contract.
Failure to follow any of the above rules of conduct may result in immediate termination of membership and civil and criminal penalties. Staff4Families.com has the right to block the user and retain the unused money eventually paid for premium services without notice and/or motivation as a conventional penalty for breach of contract.
4. Services Info
The services offered through Staff4Families.com are provided in the limits of the present techniques available. Users are aware that the present technique is not possibly free from mistakes.
A right to availability of the sevices does not exist at any time. In case of system failure there is no right for damages/losses compensation or restorartion or restitution of any money already paid. Staff4Families.com tries to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day. If the website is not available for any reason, Staff4Families.com can not be held responsible.
Access to Staff4Families.com may be cancelled without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair or other reasons.
5. Connections to and from other websites
Staff4Families.com has no influence or responsibility for the design and/or the contents of any linked website and has no obligation to check it. Staff4Families.com is not responsible for any inappropriate, offensive, infringing or technically harmful content of any of the linked websites.
6. Warranties
Staff4Families.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the personal data and any other information given by the users. If, during the usage of the services, no contract has arisen Staff4Families.com can not be held responsible.
Staff4Families.com has no duty to verify that users´ profiles are infringing any third parties´ rights or if personal data provided through profiles, messages (or in any other way) is copied, transferred, published or communicated in any other way.
7. Liability
All information provided through Staff4Families.com are to be considered informative material for users. Staff4Families.com is not responsible for the accuracy or the truthfulness of the information provided. The users must verify by themselves the accuracy of the information they are interested in.
All agreements between users are completely outisde Staff4Families.com responsibility.
Staff4Families.com is not responsible for any kind of loss/damage that may arise form fraud/scam through the Staff4Families.com website.
8. Withdrawal
The registered user can deactivate his/her personal profile or make the profile not visible for other users at any time.
The registered user that is an European Union Citizen or had his/her residency in one of the European Union member States at the time of the contract, has the right to exercise his/her right of withdrawal in 14 days time without any need of motivation. To exercise his/her right the user needs to inform Staff4Families.com with explicit communication (email, phone, ect.) that declares his/her willingness to withdraw the contract.
In case the user is willing to withdraw the contract Staff4Families.com will refund any payment previously made in 14 days time from the received communication. If in the meantime the user has accessed or used the services provided thanks to the payment, Staff4Families.com will not refund the payment and retain it as a compensation for the services used.
As soon as the user becomes a Premium Member and has accessed any au pair or host family profile or have sent or received a message from an au pair or family, the premium membership services are considered fully provided and used.
Staff4Families.com has the right to block at any time and without motivation the user if he/she does not give consent to the Privacy Policy or if he/she withdraws consent.
Breach of Terms and Conditions contract
In case of any breach of the terms and conditions listed herein, or in case of any breach of rights, laws, or third parties´ rights enforceable in the Republic of Romania, Staff4Families.com has the right to block the user at any time and without notice or motivation and any payment previously made will be retained by Staff4Families.com as a conventional penalty for breach of contract.
Applicable Law / Final Provisions
The registered user that is an European Union Citizen or had his/her residency in one of the European Union member States at the time of the contract, has the right to exercise his/her right of withdrawal in 14 days time without any need of motivation. To exercise his/her right the user needs to inform Staff4Families.com with explicit communication (email, phone, ect.) that declares his/her willingness to withdraw the contract.
In case the user is willing to withdraw the contract Staff4Families.com will refund any payment previously made in 14 days time from the received communication. If in the meantime the user has accessed or used the services provided thanks to the payment, Staff4Families.com will not refund the payment and retain it as a compensation for the services used.
As soon as the user becomes a Premium Member and has accessed any au pair or host family profile or have sent or received a message from an au pair or family, the premium membership services are considered fully provided and used.
Staff4Families.com has the right to block at any time and without motivation the user if he/she does not give consent to the Privacy Policy or if he/she withdraws consent.
Breach of Terms and Conditions contract
In case of any breach of the terms and conditions listed herein, or in case of any breach of rights, laws, or third parties´ rights enforceable in the Republic of Romania, Staff4Families.com has the right to block the user at any time and without notice or motivation and any payment previously made will be retained by Staff4Families.com as a conventional penalty for breach of contract.
Applicable Law / Final Provisions
Staff4Families.com has the right at any time to change the Terms and Conditions and will inform the users through email. The laws applicable are the laws of the Republic of Romania.
If any provision of the contract is entirely or partially invalid, or should the contract contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or the remainig valid parts of the provisions are to be considered valid.
